Software Support

AFIRMS provides comprehensive support subscription for all its software systems. This includes phone-in support, enhancements bug fixes, and documentation updates. Any changes required to meet new or existing Federal and State requirements are standard.  Also included are updates for new versions of the operating system and hardware. Everything needed to keep your software system current and operating smoothly are included in this service. The first year's support is bundled in the cost of the software. After the first year support is optional. Additionally, clients on support my order additional training and custom programming at a substantial discount.

Training Services

Both On-site and In-house training is available on all AFIRMS software systems. Initial purchase of a system includes On-site training, minimizing the disruption of staff. AFIRMS also provides data loading and initialization for a smooth and on schedule start up of a new system.

Custom Programming

With experience on the HP-3000 platform going back to 1976 AFIRMS offers rapid and cost effective individualized software development and custom programming services. AFIRMS staff is Hewlett Packard certified  on the HP-3000.
